Acne Remedy at Home
Most women know how to give her skin a little pampering every now and then. A facial appointment is ideal but if that is not possible, a regular face mask is just as good. If you can afford the time, masks made out of products from your kitchen can help to save some money during the current slow economy. Here are some acne home remedies that can work towards beautiful skin, cleansing your skin and brightening your complexion.
I once heard about a natural facial mask made of eggs. According to some experts, this is great for toning and tightening your skin, firm up the skin, prevents wrinkles and less prone to sagging. To make an egg mask is something quite simple and fast as long as you don’t mind the sticky feeling at first. To start, you need to beat one egg white until it is stiff. After that, smooth it on your entire face. Leave the natural mask mixture on for 20 minutes before removing it with warm water and followed by a splash of cold water to close the pores of the skin.
If your have oily skin, add one drop of lemon juice to the egg white. For those with dry skin, you can add a little honey to the egg white. I’m not sure if this is effective but I have read that the skin on the inside of the egg shell can also be used as an acne treatment. Gently place the skin over the breakout and leave it on for 30 minutes or overnight. This can help to reduce the appearance of the acne. Not bad for an acne home remedy that is inexpensive, isn’t it?
It is recommended to apply facial masks once a week for best results. Like I said earlier, if you can afford the time for any home remedy to treat your acne, there are lots of effective acne mask products you can buy online or in your local beauty store.
